If there’s a size issue or minor fitting concern:

We offer a one-time exchange or alteration per order.

Just drop us an email at contact@masumimewawalla.com within 3-4 days of delivery.

The outfit must be unused, with all tags intact.

Shipping costs for size exchange/alteration will be borne by the customer.

Received a Damaged Item?
Rare, but if it happens:

Please email us with an unboxing video and images within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once verified, we’ll sort it out with a repair, exchange, or credit—whatever works best.
