At Masumi Mewawalla, each piece is designed with love, detail, and individuality. As most of our creations are handcrafted or made-to-order, we follow a No Return & No Refund policy.

That said, we always want you to feel your absolute best in our outfits—and we’re here to help if something’s not fitting quite right!

  1. One-Time Size Exchange / Rectification

  • If there’s a size issue or minor fitting concern:

  • We offer a one-time exchange or alteration per order.

  • Just drop us an email at contact@masumimewawalla.com within 3-4 days of delivery.

  • The outfit must be unused, with all tags intact.

  • Shipping costs for size exchange/alteration will be borne by the customer.

  1. Received a Damaged Item?

Rare, but if it happens:

  • Please email us with an unboxing video and images within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Once verified, we’ll sort it out with a repair, exchange, or credit—whatever works best.

All international purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
