WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

Shipping in India: We offer free shipping on all orders across the country.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. For international orders, we charge a standard shipping fee of INR 5000 or $70.

We do not provide the cash on delivery facility on our orders across the globe.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

For Indian clients: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International clients: For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the buyer resides in. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges off at the time of delivery.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

PAYMENTS

All payments made, against the purchases/services on masumimewawalla.com, by the client shall be against the MRP displayed on the website. This shall be done under the adopted and applicable terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services. Prior to shipping the order to the client, team Masumi Mewawalla may request the client to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by him/her for his/her purchase. This procedure is followed to ensure that a secure online shopping environment is created for customers.

Masumimewawalla.com may employ Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for payments on the website. The electronic transactions initiated through third party facilities, employed through Masumi Mewawalla website, may be undertaken at one’s sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by team Masumi Mewawalla, kindly note that team Masumi Mewawalla is not liable or responsible of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

 

DELIVERY

At Masumi Mewawalla , we strive to deliver the garment within the stipulated time (2-3 weeks as mentioned in the product pages). However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated throughout the process. The contract, in no manner can be repudiated if Masumi Mewawalla fails to deliver any one or more products in the given time frame. It should be noted that in situations if the client fails to take the delivery of the goods, Masumi Mewawalla may at its discretion charge the client for additional shipping cost.
